Great location, friendly staff, nice and quiet. Comfy beds and rooms are pretty soundproof. We requested a quiet room and they gave us a room on the fifth floor overlooking a courtyard so no street noise. It was quite warm and there was no air conditioning but it was March so that's understandable and it was easily solved by opening the window a little. My only negative is that the temperature in the shower was a nightmare. It was either roasting hot or freezing cold. Couldn't seem to get a comfortable temperature and my husband had the same issue so ended up having pretty cold showers. Overall, would definitely recommend this hotel though and it was very reasonably priced.

Check in was quick, and the receptionist very friendly and welcoming. Large room for standard, comfortable. Option not to have room serviced every day, with a little treat for doing so Quiet bar and food area for relaxing. Catarina the waitress was an absolute delight. Great service and very tasty food. Helpful bar staff. Great situation, five minutes from Old Town Square and Castle area. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room, with free water too.

The location was great. It is 7mins away from Wawel Castle and a few mins away from the old town where the christmas markets are. We checked in at around 11pm so I had to order food from Uber and have it delivered to the reception prior to our arrival even tho I wasn’t sure if they will keep it. Thank God they kept the food in the front desk until we arrive. They saved us since we were really hungry from the trip. The staff were all nice and friendly from the receptionists to the breakfast staff and cleaning staff. I asked a LOT of questions to the receptionists (i’m sorry 🙈) because I was preparing a surprise for my parents who will be traveling with me to Krakow for the first time. I am very thankful to them for being so patient with my questions. Our room was big with coffee/tea machine and complimentary bottles of water. There was also a hand/body lotion in the toilet which was very useful. We also liked that there’s netflix/youtube available on the TV. During our last night in the hotel we found a chocolate with note on our beds left by the hotel staff and we really loved it!! Another plus is the breakfast. We loved the waffle, sausage and muffins. They were very tasty. We had to check out at around 6:30am so we requested a breakfast box the day before. The next morning they gave it to us when checking out, we had baguette with ham, cream cheese & veggies and muffins plus fruits and drinks. This experience exceeded our expectations.

Mostly our stay in this hotel was perfect. Employees (of the hotel and bar) are over the top! The room is big, good looking and very comfortable. It is also perfectly clean and quiet. It is not necessarily obvious, but the location is great also to go visit the city center. The parking is a little bit expensive, but very good.

Check in. Room size View Cleanliness Birthday Treat left in the room which was a lovely gesture. Complimentary drink on arrival to mark my husbands 50th. Much appreciated.

Me and my partner were travelling with our 2 year old daughter to Krakow and decided to stay at Radisson Blu. We were nicely surprised by finding out that our room has been upgraded to a junior suite. We were also given complimentary drinks. I personally liked the options for breakfast and just overall stay at the hotel was pleasant. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location which was perfect, and the hotel has the parking in the same building. I liked the room and the facilities inside, everything was clean and nicely arranged. It was possible to cast the screen over to the TV which is not always the case in other hotels. The noise isolation was at a good level. The staff was friendly and helpful.
